Thelma, Debbie, Kim and Kelly, I am very saddened to hear about your sweet husband and father. I know you will miss him terribly! I pray for you all often for God to give you peace and strengthen you as you walk this earth without him. Our hope is one day to see him in heaven, where there is no pain, sadness, or tears!! Draw near to God and He will draw near to you! Much Love!! Dana

Everyone at Dockside will sincerely miss Gene very much! He always was a quiet, gentle soul with a smile on his face. You raised some absolutely amazing children. We are lucky to work along side your two beautiful daughters. Your son always makes sure that our driveway is plowed and our lawn is mowed. We love you all very much! RIP Gene. ❤️

Auntie, Debbie, Kim and Kelly and all of your loved ones. I am so sorry about uncle Gene. My fondest memories will always be of when I was very little. Seeing him in his chair. Penny usually right by his side. And he would say something so funny or tell a joke with a straight face. It cracked me up. I loved the dry humor then and now. Although I haven’t seen him in a long time. I will always remember him as a part of my Belfast family and memories. Love you all xoxo Sherri

Gene Bowen was and always will be my Brother-in-law married to my Wonderful Sister Thelma for 55 years. He was a strong quiet man that worked hard both in the woods and on the docks. Gene loved his family and his home and their animals. I have fond memories of him when I often visited years ago and spent many holidays with them. Gene will be missed by many! I know he is now whole again in spirit! Rest in your reward. Linda Wheeler
