Debora J. Penney, age 65, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024, at home with loved ones by her side.
Debora was born September 14, 1959, in Belfast to Carl E. Penney and Beverly J. (Hall) Penney.
Debora was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Beverly, and two brothers, Michael and Dana. She is survived by her three children, Stacie (Kevin) Bushman, Dickie, and Jennifer (Scott); her seven grandchildren, Breanna, Emily, Olivia, Dominic, Carter, Colton, and Moxie; two brothers, John Penney and David (Gayle) Penney; and her chosen sisters, Jolene Harvey and Belinda Grajewski; her love to hate and hate to love partner, Wesley Bucklin; and some special friends, Joyce Sanborn and Alice Ireland.

A private burial will take place at a later date for immediate family and close friends.
