Obituary of Angela Rae Stimpson

Angela Rae (Harriman) Stimpson 53 of Frankfort passed away unexpectedly at her home in Frankfort on May 25, 2024.

She was born in Belfast on September 27, 1970 to Shirlene Bucklin and Eric Clark of Belfast.

Angela was predeceased by her Brother Robert Harriman, Her Grandparents Mary Bucklin and Eben Cook of Belfast, and her stepfather for whom she called Dad Walter Moulton Jr.

Angela is survived by her Mother Shirlene Moulton of Searsport, her Father Eric Clark and wife Lois. her husband Gene of 32 years, her children Nicholas and partner Amber Kivlin of Belfast, her daughter Destiny Stimpson and Partner Dylan Perry and their Children Nevaeh, Lani and Liberty of Belfast. Her Stepson Gene and wife Crystal and their children Brandon, Ryan and Isabella. Her Stepdaughter Johanna and her children Sarah, Austin and Oakley.

Her siblings Belinda Clark of Iowa, Chasidy Cunningham and Partner Patrick Thomas of Belmont, Todd Harriman and wife Brandy of Munroe, Matthew Moulton of Swanville,

Jason and Wife Janessa, Misty Moulton and her partner Ken Ryan of Waldo, her Step Brothers Dale Moulton of New Hampshire, Kurt Moulton of Florida, Step Sisters Wanda Wilkinson of New Hampshire and Bonnie Prete of Connecticut.

Angela has many Nieces, nephews and aunts and Uncles who will miss her.

Angela grew up in Connecticut and moved back to Maine where she had met Gene, and they raised their children. Angela had a passion for cooking and enjoyed making food for holidays and family functions.

Angela had a kind heart and always loved being included in the kids parties, she loved seeing the smiles on their faces.

At Angela's request, we will not have a funeral.

We are planning on a Celebration of Life on July 20 at 1pm at the American Legion in Belfast. We look forward to hearing stories and memories of Angela. This is a potluck . Please bring a dish to share. 

Later this summer her Daughter will be having another Celebration in Honor of her Mother.

There will be a private burial at a later date for the family.

Donations can be given to her Daughter Destiny Stimpson for a Memorial Stone for Angela.
