So sad to hear of Patsy's passing. She was a special lady to so many area kids! I loved getting to know her, and was always greeted with that smile and kind words. Later, I went to her home several times for her "girl's Mondays" and enjoyed her stories, energy, and many good laughs. The world needs way more people like her - a caring, fun, and genuinely nice woman.
