Obituary of Jarrod Michael James Greeley

Jarrod Michael James Greeley, 46, of Belfast, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2024. Jarrod was born May 15, 1977, in Belfast Maine. He was the son of Michael and Aprille Greeley, brother to Derek Greeley, and father to Jordan Greeley. He graduated from Belfast Area High School in 1995.

Jarrod was a handyman, he worked landscaping and carpentry.

Growing up Jarrod enjoyed taking trips with his family to Hampton Beach, spending lots of time with his cousins having sleepovers, traveling to Bar Harbor, fishing, and taking friends out on joy rides. Jarrod’s other favorite memories growing up were spent with his grandparents. He loved seeing and spending time with his nephew “Rhys-man”. Jarrod’s daughter Jordan was his world, he loved watching her grow up, play sports, graduate high school, and become the young, strong, independent woman that she is. Together Jarrod and Jordan enjoyed eating breakfast by the water and collecting sea glass. They spent countless hours cruising the roads around Bayside, Saturday Cove, and swimming at Knights Pond.

Jarrod is survived by his Daughter Jordan Greeley her mother Courtney Harvey, his brother Derek Greeley, Derek’s girlfriend Jen Middleton, his nephew Rhys Greeley, his grandmother Virginia Finley, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Jarrod is preceded in death by his parents Michael and Aprille Greeley, his grandfather James Finley, his grandparents Thomas and Marion Greeley, and family dog best friend Max.
