February 17, 2024, our beloved mother, grandmother and friend left us for her heavenly home. Ruth K. Treworgy was born April 22, 1935 in Monroe, Maine. She grew up on a farm and never lost her love for the rural life.

After graduation from Husson College, she began a career in banking where she made lifelong friends. Later, she returned to the work she loved, farming. If you met Ruth you never forgot her. She was spirited, outspoken and wanted to know all about you. She had a deep and abiding faith. If you didn’t have a Bible she gave you one. In fact, she was generous with everything. You couldn’t leave her home without her giving something to you.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard, her second husband, Louis and her son John. She is survived by her children, Tamara, Thomas, and Angela; grandchildren Joshua, Susannah, Paula, Allen, Jonathan, David and Michael and great grandchildren Avaleigh, Joseph and Emerson, as well as two dear friends, Jeanette and Linda.

A private spring burial is being planned. Memories and condolences may be shared on her tribute wall.
