Maralyn J. Harvey, 84 of Searsport, peacefully passed away at her daughter Amanda’s home in Searsmont on November 18, 2023, after a long-fought battle with cancer.

Maralyn was born on January 14, 1939, to her parents Charles and Jennie Tozier. They were blessed with six boys and five girls: Frank, Everett, Sylvia, Maralyn, Robert, Freemont, Joel, Joyce, Jolene, Oscar, Janice.

Maralyn was married to Cleve M. Harvey on July 6, 1957, until his passing on September 27th, 2005.

They were blessed six children and spouses Linda and John, Melford and Jo’Lene, Laurie and Kirt, Brenda, Belinda and Scot, Amanda and Scott

25 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.

She worked at Stinson’s Seafood Canning Company for many years. She retired at the age of 79 from Tall Pines Nursing Home as a Housekeeper.

Mom's hobbies consisted of reading, puzzles, feeding her birds, outdoor flower beds, and house plants. She took pride in spending time with her family on camping trips, BBQ’s, holiday gatherings, and Tozier reunions. She will be remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother.

A graveside service will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Swanville December 2, 2023, at 11 am, followed by a gathering at her home 156 Mt. Ephraim Rd Searsport, Me.
