Obituary of Raymond Tanter

WARREN — Help celebrate the life of Raymond Tanter who left us June 26, 2023. Born Sept. 19, 1938, Raymond Tanter, also known as RT, was a warm, kind, smart and caring father, grandfather and friend. He will be remembered for many accomplishments in his 84 years of life. RT is survived by his two sons, Shawn and Kirk.
