Obituary of Leona Waterman

Leona Waterman, 93 of Belfast passed away on September 16, 2022 at Tall Pines with her daughter and son-in-law by her side.  Born on July 3, 1929 in Searsmont ME she was the daughter of the late Leo and Elizabeth Bean.

Leona loved caring for her pets and her garden and was a member of the Belfast United Methodist Church and the Northport VFW Woman's Auxiliary.  

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Wilbur Waterman, her daughter Elizabeth Doyle and her sister Leatrice Burns.  Surviving are her daughter Lucille Griffin and husband Dale; her  grandchildren, Charles Griffin, Christopher Griffin, Sarah Doyle and Jessica Rackliff, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
