Obituary of Mildred E. Wellman

MILDRED E. WELLMAN, 91, passed away April 13, 2022. She was born in Belfast July 21, 1930 to Lewis and Louise Hopkins Bowen.
She is predeceased by her parents; her husband of 50 years, Otto Fred Wellman Jr. in 1998; son Stanley L. Wellman; grandson Steven Wade; her sisters, Elise, Arlene, Emma and Priscilla and brothers Lewis, Harrison, Wallace, Otis, Harold and Carold Bowen.
Mildred is survived by six children, Karen and Harry Wade, Douglas and Constance Wellman, Linda and Ronald Berry, Charles and Susan Wellman, Pamela Grant, Robert and Gayle Wellman; her sister Lois McIntire; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call from 12-1 p.m. Thursday, April 21 2022 at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Graveside services will follow at Smart Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared on this tribute wall.
