I only knew "Grammie" through her granddaughter Amanda, but felt I knew her well through listening to all the stories Amanda would share, hearing the highlights of weekly dinners and Friday lunches that Amanda religiously spent with her. I would pick up donuts for Grammie at Weaver's store/bakery on most Fridays and she would be so excited when Amanda would bring in the bag of goodies, and usually would eat a donut for lunch! She was a wonderful, sweet lady and I'll miss hearing her antics with such a sense of humor. My thoughts are with all her family and friends who will surely miss her.
