Obituary of Mathew Timothy Day

Mathew T. Day, 30, of Belfast, passed away June 21, 2021, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, surrounded by family. Matt was born in Belfast on January 5, 1991, and graduated from Belfast Area High School in 2010. He had many friends and will be remembered for his kind heart and sense of humor.
Matt was predeceased by his mother Lynn (Vigue) Arsenault, brother Christopher Day, brother Nicholas Day, maternal grandparents Charles and Mary Vigue, paternal grandparents Harry and Joanne Day, aunt Cindy (Day) Hunt, and cousin Travis Day.
He is survived by his father Robert Day of Swanville; fiancée Jerica Wallace and her son Ezyce of Belfast; sister-in-law Misty Day, niece Natalie Day and nephew Jacob Day of Belfast; sister-in-law Megan Day of Belmont; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
