Obituary of Tracy Kirk

TROY- Tracy James Kirk, 56, died on March 23, 2021 at his home in Troy. Tracy was born on March 27, 1964, in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, the son of Harold and Violet Kirk. He attended Mt. View high school in Thorndike. Tracy worked as a lumberjack, mechanic, carpenter and construction foreman. Tracy was a passionate fisherman, hunter, trapper and all around outdoorsman. Tracy was a dedicated, devoted and loving husband to his wife Cathy. Although he never had children, he was often the favorite teacher, buddy and playmate to many young people throughout the years. Tracy had a huge heart that was displayed by his undying loyalty, compassion and love for his family, friends and animals. He is survived by his sister Holly Walker, her husband Pete and their children Kimberly, Kristin and Matt. His sister Evelyn, his nephew James Kirk, his wife Stacy and their son Ayden of Waterboro, nephew Travis Kirk, brother Jeff Kirk, his little brother Scott Hayes of Troy and his nephew Hunter Hayes, step brother Randy Hayes, cousin Dave Gonya and many other cousins. He was predeceased by his father Harold, mother and best friend Violet and his step father Bobby Jim Hayes. A summer gathering will be held by the family.
