Obituary of Tammy Marie McCue

Tammy McCue passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2021, at her home after a long battle with a painful illness; her best friend, John Gardiner, was by her side. Tammy had a huge heart, beautiful smile and loud voice. She cared for everyone and loved to have a good time, always the life of the party. She was the queen at hosting family gatherings and making sure every detail was perfect. Her biggest enjoyment was spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughter Winter; she was GiGi's special sidekick who loved to cuddle, do arts and crafts, and spend as much time together as possible. Tammy was predeceased by her father Dwayne Drew, son Kenneth McCue, daughter-in-law Kristi Abbott, friend Carol Gardiner, and her beloved dog Armani. She is survived by lifelong friend Christopher McCue; her children, Raymond Minor of Knox, Jonathan McCue and partner Cierra of Bangor, Miranda McCue and partner Tayler of Montville; grandchildren, Chase, Maya, Connor, Zackery, Zander, Teygen, Winter and Abel; father-in-law Kenneth McCue and mother-in-law Laura Preli who loved her dearly, sister-in-law Karin McCue and partner Jodie of Rockville, CT, brother-in-law Eric McCue & wife Dallas of Brewer, and several lifelong friends. A burial will take place in the spring at Center Cemetery in Thorndike.
