Obituary of Stephen C. Morin

Stephen (Steve) C. Morin, born May 24, 1952, in Belfast, Maine, to Leo and Hilda Morin, died November 28, 2020, after a brief illness at Northern Light Health EMMC, Bangor. Over the years Steve worked for the Belfast Railroad, Penobscot Poultry Plant, Sprague Energy, and the Town of Searsport at the cemetery, and recycling station. He enjoyed volunteering and helping people around town in any way he could: plowing snow, directing traffic at fires or accidents, carrying packages at the food bank, or at Tozier’s Family Market. He was proud of his connection with the Lions Club. And most of all he loved spending time with his family and many friends. Steve is survived by Kathy (Morse) Morin, his wife of 30 years. His daughters, Selina McKinney and partner Kevin McKinney of So China, Maine, Roberta Willette of Westerly, RI., and step-son, Scott Cooper of Searsport, Aunt and Uncle, Madeline and Caddy Littlefield of Searsport, four sisters-in-law and their families, eight grandchildren, three god-grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many cousins, ALL of whom he loved very much. He also had numerous friends that filled a very special place in his heart for their friendship, loyalty, guidance, and support. Burial and celebration of life will be announced at a later-time.
