Sarah Agnes Chamberlain Belfast - Sarah "Sally" A. Chamberlain, 91 years, of Belfast, ME, passed away Wednesday April 8, 2020, at the Commons at Tall Pines. She was born May 21, 1928 in South Glens Falls, New York, the daughter of the late Augustus and Mary (McGrody) Whible. Sally was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy in Glens Falls, New York. She enjoyed knitting and playing bingo at Tall pines with her friends. Sally loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed visits with them very much. She is predeceased by her loving husband Carl E. Chamberlain; her parents; her sister's Mary Anna Sullivan, Estelle LaBombard, Patricia Wood; brother Augustus Whible Jr.; her children Harry, Roberta, Bonnie Lou, Elizabeth Ann, Richard, Brian, and Bruce Fleming. Sally is survived by her loving children James Fleming of New Orleans, LA., Christine Fleming of Knox, ME., Dennis Fleming of North Carolina, Augustus Fleming of Saratoga, NY., Victor Morgan of Belfast, ME., Vincent Morgan of Maine, Victoria Morgan of New York; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A burial will be held at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery in Glens Falls, NY. Arrangements are under the care of Riposta Funeral Home Belfast, ME.
