Obituary of Taylor Jewett

Taylor Jewett, 38, of South Liberty, Maine passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 9, 2020. Taylor was born in Winchester, Massachusetts on December 31, 1981. He graduated from Mt. View High School in 2001. Taylor worked as a mason and carpenter. He spent every holiday season making wreaths supporting the Jewett Christmas Tree Farm. Above everything, Taylor enjoyed spending time with his son Sam. He also loved sports, hunting, all-season fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling and most recently learned how to ski with Sam and his brother Josh. Taylor is survived by his son Samuel Jewett, parents Randy and Janet (Sweeney) Jewett, brother Joshua and his wife Rachel Jewett, nephews Calvin Jewett and Tyler Cespedes and his fiancé Sara Little and their daughter Ella Cespedes, Grandmothers Margaret “Peg” Sweeney of Boynton Beach, Florida and Marilyn Jewett of Liberty, Maine and Sarasota, Florida. He is also survived by Sam’s mother Sophie Pfander, close friends Chris Ruby, Don Foster and Terry Ott. Many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Taylor is preceded in death by both of his grandfathers Forrest Jewett and Robert Sweeney. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
