Obituary of Robert Dwayne Clapper

Robert Dwayne Clapper passed away peacefully at his home in Belfast on November 11, 2019, after struggling with illness. He will be greatly missed by family and many friends, all of whom love him and have been with him through many trials and tribulations.
Robert was born December 11, 1962, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina to Robert Eugene and Betty (Gibbs) Clapper.
In addition to his father, Robert was predeceased by one brother, Michael Lee Clapper.
Robert is survived by his mother, Betty Lou (Gibbs) (Clapper) Dowdy, brothers, Darrell Clapper of Belfast, Ronnie Clapper of Grandy, NC, and Johnny Clapper of St. Louis, MO; and good friend, Claude White.
A Memorial Service will take place at 10am on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Faith Temple Church 189 Lincolnville Avenue, Belfast.
