Obituary of Arthur A. Hustus

ARTHUR A. HUSTUS, 74, died June 22, 2009 at his summer residence in Brooks. He was born in Jackson September 29, 1934, the son of George and Clara (Ward) Hustus. He worked for many years in the construction business. He loved camping, fishing, and the out of doors. Arthur attended Brooks Pentecostal Church and loved singing Gospel music. He and his wife Eva wintered in Florida for over 26 years, the last 16 of which he summered in Maine. He was pre-deceased by his parents and two infant children, Brenda Jean and David Allen. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Eva (Bubier) Hustus of Brooks; his children Alex and Lorraine Hustus of Brooks; Marlene Moore of Swanville; Dean and Marie Hustus of Swanville; Andy and Patricia Hustus of Connecticut; Diana and Larry McKeen of Belfast; many brothers and sisters; 10 grand children; 10 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home on Friday June 26 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services will be held Saturday June 27 2:00 p.m. at the Brooks Pentecostal Church with Pastor Matt Shaw officiating.
