Louis Wedge Obituary

LOUIS EDWARD WEDGE SR. of South Portland, passed away on June 29, 2009 following a brief illness. He was born October 28, 1918 in Old Town, son of Lena (Arsenault) and Joseph Wedge. Louis worked many years for Young’s Furniture and the VFW Post in South Portland where he took great pride in his work. He also called Beano at American Legion Hall. He was a very proud U.S. Army veteran who served in WWII and Korea. He was predeceased by his wife of many years, Marion. Louis leaves behind his daughters, Marion Manoogian and husband David of Standish, Sharon Clark and husband Larry of Ft. Myers, FL; sons, Larry L. Wedge and wife Vickie of Gray, Louis Wedge of Ruskin, FL, Michael Wedge of South Portland, Timothy Wedge of South Portland, John Wedge and wife Theresa of Westbrook; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; one great, great granddaughter.
