DALE A HUSTUS SR., 69 of Searsport, died December 17, 2009 in Bangor. He was born in Frankfort April 8, 1940, the son of Delbert and Mariba (Lamphier) Hustus. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked most of his life in the poultry industry at Penobscot Poultry. Dale loved playing poker. He also enjoyed NASCAR and drag racing. He was predeceased by three brothers, Donald Tripp, Eugene Tripp and Buddy Hustus as well as his ex-wife, Cheryl. He is survived by four children, Tammy Tracy of Winterport, Tina Hustus of Bangor, Dale Hustus Jr. of Searsport, Peggy Hustus of Stockton Springs; four brothers, Dean Hustus and wife Weldeena, Larry Tripp, Dennis Hustus, all of Searsport and Lloyd Tripp and wife Sheryl of Belfast; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Crabiel-Riposta Fuenral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast on Saturday, December 19th from 1-3 p.m. Spring graveside interment will be at the Smart Cemetery.
