VITO O. PERAGINE, 73, died peacefully at his home in Northport on March 23, 2010. He was born October 22, 1936 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of John and Antionette (Sabella) Peragine. He owned and operated the Blue Dolphin Antique Shop in Northport for years with his wife. He loved antiques, going to auctions, buying and selling. He was called a ‘hard-core antique lover”. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda Bassano of Northport; a son Ronnie Bassano of Northport; a sister Jean Steffanucci of New Jersey; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
