Obituary of Nicholas Michael Ward

NICHOLAS MICHAEL WARD, 20, died April 16, 2010 in Brunswick. He was born in Belfast May 4, 1989, son of Michael and Susan (Whitcomb) Ward. Nick was an avid fan of the Red Sox and the New Jersey Devils. He loved his job at Spurwink working with the children. He enjoyed music of all kinds. The love of his life and the apple of his eye was his son, Brayden. Survivors include his maternal grandmother, Estelle Whitcomb of Belfast; his mother Susan and her husband Keith Albee of Bath; his father, Michael and his wife Sylvie Ward of Arundel; his son Brayden Timothy Ward of Bowdoinham; a sister Cara Ward and her partner Dale Combs of Sedgwick; a step-brother Brian Ouellette of Arundel; and a step-sister Angel Ouellette of Arundel; special great-aunt Sa of Belfast; special family friend Cheryl LeBlanc of Searsport; several aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Nick’s life will be held Sunday, April 25th 2 p.m. at Belfast United Methodist Church, Mill Lane, Belfast. In lieu of flowers friends are asked to make donations to his son, Brayden Trust Fund, c/o Marie Bernard, Bangor Savings Bank, PO Box 409, Searsport, ME 04974.
