It is with great joy that we celebrate the life of Mary “Casey” Catherine Thompson Ambrose. She is survived by her, husband, John H Ambrose, sister, Ann Darling, the best mother to Michael J. Ambrose, John W. Ambrose, Mary Ann Ambrose-Ordelt, Anne Robinson Ambrose and Thomas Ordelt, Gram to Emily Ann Ambrose, Nettie Clarice Ambrose, Rory Michael Ambrose, Fiona Kathleen Ordelt and Ryan Thomas Ordelt. A Registered Nurse for over 50 years, Mary touched the lives of thousands of patients and their families. A Diploma Graduate of the Boston Children’s Hospital School of Nursing, her professional roles include, RN coordinator in the development of the first Intensive Care Unit at Lynn Hospital, Nurse Educator, Intravenous Therapist, Esteemed Psychiatric Nurse, Enterostomal Therapist, Skin and Wound Care Consultant, Hypnotherapist and owner of Seagull Enterprises Ltd. Our Ma believed that you give your children two things, first, roots and the second, wings. Thanks Ma for the love and support you gave us as you taught us to fly!
