Timothy S. Abbott,39, passed away unexpectedly at Eastern Maine Medical Center, on Sept 22, 2010. He was born January 14,1971. He is survived by his Mother and Dad, Betty and Donald Abbott, father Carl Gray his friend Patricia Lambert, daughter Sidney Abbott, ex-wife and friend Rebecca Carpenter and her daughter Allie Carpenter, to whom Tim has been a second Dad. Two sisters Lorrie Abbott of Surry, Donna Eastman of Surry, nieces Christina and Victoria Woodward, nephew Alan-Mikal Abbott and Grandmother Alberta Abbott, many Aunts, Uncles cousins and friends. He loved his daughter,Sid with all his heart and spent many hours taking her and Allie to the park and enjoyed watching them be kids. Tim was an avid sports fan, especially the Red Sox and NY Giants. He enjoyed fishing. Tim had a gift of humor that could take any mood or occasion and brighten, enlighten, encourage or provide perspective. It is a gift that will be so sincerely missed. Graveside service will be held Wed. Sept. 29, 2010 at 10 am, at Ledgelawn Cemetery, Bar Harbor, Maine. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bangor Homeless Shelter at 263 Main Street, Bangor Maine 04401.
