Obituary of Joan D. Wright

JOAN WRIGHT, 72, passed away November 21, 2010 in Bridgton, Maine. She was born and raised in Exeter, New Hampshire. Joan lived the last 20 years in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She worked most of her adult life for New Hampshire DHHS in the Department of Child Support, initially in Exeter and then in Portsmouth. Joan was an avid reader and wonderful cook who also enjoyed walking the beach, feeding the birds and tending to her flowers. Joan was predeceased by her parents and is survived by her children, Erinn Wright and husband David of Bridgton; Timothy Wright and his wife Dolly of Lancaster, CA; three grandchildren, Joshua Wright of Maine and Gregory and Shawna Wright of California; as well as her special kitty, Heidi Noel. Joan did not want any formal services. Instead please remember her with stories of love and laughter shared among family and friends.
