RICHARD J. ST.PIERRE, 86 of Augusta, passed away February 9, 2011 at Togus. He was born in Augusta May 31, 1924, son of Bruno and Sophie (Bourgoin) St. Pierre. He was a U.S. Army and Marines veteran serving during World War II. He is survived by his children, Ann Grimshaw and husband Richard of Randolph, ME and Florida, Billy St. Pierre and wife Audrey of Chelsea, Janet Silva of Windsor and Bambi St. Pierre of Cumberland; his loyal companion Casey; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; dear friends, Ronnie and wife Bonnie Ayotte as well as many other friends. A special thank you to the Hospcie and Palliative Care Unit that made his last days peaceful and comfortable at Togus VA Medical Center. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held in the spring.
