Eleanor Mae Witham, 73, died February 21st, at a Waterville hospital. She was born May 1st, 1937 in South Paris, the daughter of Chester and Arlene “Johnson” Cummings. She was a homemaker, and loved kids. Every kid in the Rome area growing up knew that they were welcome at the Witham household. She was pre-deceased by her parents and her husband Royce Sr. She is survived by her children Brenda Witham, and her partner Craig Sterling of Shawmut, Mary Witham and partner Rick Rackleff of Rome, Nancy and her husband Kendall Luce of Belgrade, Royce Jr. and his wife Laurie of Oakland, Jeff Witham and his partner Tina Libby of Sidney, Jennifer Witham of Rome, Christopher Witham and his wife Rhonda of Australia, her brother Clifford Cummings, two sisters Doris Waterhouse, and Patricia Smith. 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
