MARGARET H. (MOODY) BOWEN, 92, died at Waldo County General Hospital on March 27, 2011. She was born on June 5, 1918 in Belfast, the daughter of Clyde G. and M. Hazel (Bradstreet) Moody. She graduated from Belfast High School. Margaret lived in Somerville, Massachusetts for several years before returning to Belfast in 1953. She worked several years in the office of Belfast Water District and later at the former Depositors Trust Bank. She is predeceased by her husbands, Harold G. Bailey and Wallace W. Bowen, a son, Thomas C. Bailey and son-in-law Frank Finley. She is survived by her children, Robert J. Bailey and wife Brenda of Wilmington, Massachusetts, a daughter Donna M. Finley of Searsport; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and a cousin, Roberta Lear of Unity. Graveside services will be held on May 7th at 11 a.m. at Grove Cemetery.
