Obituary of Paul W. Bartlett

PAUL W. BARTLETT, 74 of West Appleton, passed away June 18, 2011 at Belfast. He was born in West Appleton on March 18, 1937 to Ray and Mary (Wentworth) Bartlett. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War. Paul was a farmer at heart. He loved the farm, his CB friends and recently took up golfing. He was a proud member of the West Appleton Country Club, the family-owned golf course. He was a tinkerer who worked with his hands. He loved the process of thinking to figure things out. He was predeceased by his parents and a son Wesley Paul. Paul is survived by a daughter, Graine O’Neil of West Appleton; his brothers, Colby Bartlett, Donald Bartlett and wife Lucille all of West Appleton, Harold Bartlett and wife Linda of Searsmont; five grandchildren, Kaelyn, Hayley, Ella, Cordelia, Declan; many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and one great-great-grand-niece. Graveside services with military honors will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 24th at Pine Grove Cemetery in Appleton.
