Obituary of Matthew J. Cynewski

MATTHEW J. CYNEWSKI, 21 of Belfast, passed away unexpectedly August 22, 2011. He was born in Bangor July 20, 1990 to Donald J. and Pamela (Oliver) Cynewski. Matt attended Belfast schools and worked at Ducktrap. He loved spending time with his 2 ½ month old daughter, Kayli. He enjoyed snowboarding, video games and hanging out with friends and family. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents. Matt is survived by his girlfriend and close companion, Jessi Knowlton and their daughter Kayli of Belfast; his brother and sister Ben Cynewski and Katherine Cynewski both of Northport who he had an exceptionally close relationship with; his father Don Cynewski and partner Karen Stearns of Northport; his mother Pam Heath and her husband David of Bath; paternal grandparents Richard and Janice Cynewski of Corinth, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as many friends and the family dog, Astra. Family and friends are invited to call from 4-7 p .m. Friday, August 26th at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
