RICHARD WEBBER, 84 of Swanville, passed away at his residence on June 11, 2012 surrounded by his family. He was born September 18, 1927 in Brooks, Maine, the son of Roscoe and Ethel (Kenney) Webber. He was a US. Navy veteran serving his country until 1951 when he was discharged. Richard then moved to Connecticut where he met and married his wife Stella Loiewski and had one daughter together. Richard retired and moved to Maine with his wife in 1992 where he enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, the outdoors and caning chairs. He was a life-long and fourth generation Mason being inducted at the age of 19 and was a past master of St. John’s Lodge #6 F&A.M. of Norwalk, Connecticut. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife; siblings Norman Webber, Essie Roberts, Winona Miklovich, Teresa Arsenault, Beulah Cunningham. Richard is survived by his daughter, Pat Webber and partner Sharon Clark of Windham, NH; brother Ludolph Webber of Nashua, NH; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Masonic funeral will be held on Friday June 15, 2012 at 1 pm at Rose Cemetery Brooks, Maine. Donations may be made in his memory to The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., 1033 Long Prairie Road, Suite 5, Flower Mound TX 75022-4230.
