"Richard Robert Ericson, born November 29, 1943 in Boston, Massachusetts, and most recently residing in Stockton Springs, Maine, passed away on July 15, 2012.
Innately intelligent, he was quick witted and outspoken - traits which often belied the incredible sensitivity, generosity and compassion of the mufti-faceted inner man. He possessed a unique strength and emotional grace.
His passing leaves those of us who loved him, and those of us he loved, with an indescribable void.
At Richard's request, there will be no formal funeral service."
