Obituary of Francis Earl Burton

Francis Earl Burton 78, a longtime resident of Fletchers Landing, passed away September 20, 2012. Francis was born October 21, 1933, the son of Clifford Earl Burton and Cora Elizabeth ( Roberts ) Burton. He is survived by his sons, Roy and Mary Burton of Eastbrook, Clifford and Maureen Burton of Fletchers Landing, a daughter Debora and Jeff Mac Laughlin of Machias; two sisters, Hazel Swain of Bath Maine, and Grace Tompkins New York; grand children, Eric Burton, Christopher, Aaron, Ariel, Jamie, Clifford Earl, and Matthew; great grand children, Abby, Amanda, Kathrine, Conner, and Andrew. He loved being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing and in his later years 4-wheeling. He lived life his way.
