MARY E. PEAVEY, 52 of Liberty, passed away December 29, 2012 at Winship Green in Wiscasset. She was born in Bath May 26, 1960, daughter of Richard and Pearl (Hathorne) Chadbourne. She drove school buses for District #3 and enjoyed her work as an EMT for Liberty Volunteer Ambulance. Mary also worked with disabled children and adults. She had a love for horses all of her life started a handicap riding program. She was predeceased by her parents and is survived by her husband of 24 years, Robert Peavey of Liberty; her children Kymm O’Brien and husband Jake, Jason Carlson, all of Richmond, Juliann Peavey and Robert Peavey Jr., both of Liberty; Sister Ruth Braun and husband Allen, Dale Chadbourne and wife Shery, all of Woolwich; grandchildren, Mary, Kaulin, and a soon-to-be grandson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and her special horse “Zion”.
