David Moody Obituary

DAVID L. MOODY, born October 17, 1935 to Florian and Lillian (Coffin) Moody, died June 19, 2013 in Bangor. He worked in California in a batter factory until becoming disabled. David enjoyed watching football and running with Hell’s Angels. He loved camping in the mountains in California with his family. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Alice, four brothers, James Sr., John, Alfred, Linwood; a sister Edna Young; and daughter Annette Moody. David is survived by his sister Esther Floyd of Brewer, two step-daughters, Pam Lee of Utah, Trudy Thompson of Texas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; a special niece, Pearl Moulton of Searsport who has been his caregiver and guardian for several years. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 28th at Mt. Solitude Cemetery in Monroe. Arrangements are under the care of Riposta Funeral Home, Belfast.
