Obituary of Robert W Wright

ROBERT W. WRIGHT, 86 of East Machias, passed away on September 28, 2013 at EMMC, Bangor, Maine with his family at his bedside. He was born on October 22, 1926 in Vanceboro, Maine, son of William and Lydia (Pine) Wright. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Roberts) Wright, and his daughter, Donna Wright, seven brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his children, Dana Wright of Ellsworth, David Wright of Bucksport, Virginia (Brown) Wright (Daughter-in-law) of Belfast, Douglas Wright of Machias, his grandsons Dale Wright of Ellsworth, Shane Wright of Bucksport, and Robert F. Wright of South Carolina, numerous great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. Wright, an Army veteran, served in WWII as an MP in Munich, Germany. Graduate of the University of Maine with a B.S. Degree in Forestry. A Real Estate Broker since 1972, and Master River Driver. A private memorial service will be held with family at a later date in Machias.
