Obituary of Leonard John Levasseur

Leonard John Levasseur, 71 of Bradley, passed away on October 17, 2013 at Togus. He was born on June 16, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a U.S. Army and Navy veteran. Leonard worked for the University of Maine at Orono, a constable for Penobscot County and as a barber for many years. He was an avid Red Sox fan and sportsman. He enjoyed watching the Red Sox with his buddy T. J. Schafer and hunting with Matt Borders and Robert Crosby. He will be lovingly remembered by his adopted family, Shirley, Bobby, Jason, Kendra, Amber, Tyler, Patrick, Courtney, Dustin, and special buddy Derek and girlfriend McKayla and adopted grandchildren who lovingly called him Pepe. A graveside service will be held at Maine Veterans Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
