Obituary of Floyd A. Welch
Floyd A. Welch, 79, of Waldo passed away on February 6, 2015 at his home. He was born on July 1, 1935 in Knox, the son of Harvey and Ella (Thompson) Welch. He was so happy to have listened to the Patriots win one more Superbowl last Sunday.
He is predeceased by his parents, spouse Wilma (Young) Welch, and brothers Ervin and Carl Welch.
Floyd is survived by his children Cathy Kenney and husband Steve of Brooks, Richard Welch and wife Beverley of Tennessee, Lesley Raffel and husband Paul of Lisbon, and Harvey Welch of Waldo; siblings Phyllis, Marie, Mildred, and Louise; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; companion and dog Jada Rose and many other grand dogs; special friends Marshall Harriman, Neil Wood, Huggy Coonan, Rodney Young, and Steve and Mike Welch.
