Obituary of Patty Lou Tagtmeyer

Patty Lou "Pat" Tagtmeyer, 89, died February 15, 2015, at the Knox Center for Long Term Care, Rockland, ME. She was born in Mansfield, MO, and grew up in Wright County, MO. After high school, she moved to Kansas City, MO, and married Arthur 0. Tagtmeyer. They were married for 44 years before his death in 1989. Pat and Art raised two children, Jim and Karen, in Independence, MO, and were long-time members of Messiah Lutheran Church there. Her husband, Art, son, Jim, three brothers, and five sisters preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter, K aren Brown, grandson, Jacob Breshears, his wife, Sara, granddaughter, Emily Jacobs, and five great grandchildren, Lauren, Erin, Addison, Owen, and Ella, all of Belmont, ME; and a sister, Twajana Chasteen, Springfield, MO.
