I wanted to say I am so sorry to hear about this I know it is many years after Dr. Faxon passing. No one may read this but, I wanted to say that he changed my life. Dr. Faxon saw in me what no one else saw even more what I did not see. I had him his last year teaching and he told me me that I was in the wrong class and he recommended me to to move up in my classes. Slowly I did and I realized that I was better than what I putting forth in school. I learned to push myself and now I am also a teacher of Science and Math, just like he was to me. I asked him to sign my yearbook and he only put Proverb 4:7, I am not a religious person but I live by that proverb. I am glad to have had Dr. Faxon and he will be missed.
