Obituary of Allan Marshall Shute

Allan M. Shute, Sr, passed away January 2, 2019, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born in Prospect on January 4, 1942, to Lester and Bernys "Kippy" (Ames) Shute and raised in Brooks, Maine. In addition to his parents, Allan was predeceased by his wife, Judith Shute, and one son, Allan "Marshall" Shute, Jr. Allan is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Shute, Barrie (husband Scott) Thompson, his son, Andrew (wife Christine) Shute; grandchildren, Dana, Carl Jr., Michael, Jessica, Paul, Amanda, Dustin, Kristen, River, Skylar, and Danny, and several great-grandchildren. Services will be held in the springtime and announced at a later date.
