Obituary of Pauline L. Thomas

BELFAST PAULINE L. THOMAS, 84, passed away April 12, 2018 at her residence in Belfast surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Thorndike, Maine in 1934 to Ida and William Warman. Polly worked at several businesses locally including Darres’ Snack Bar, Kilroy’s Clothing Store and Belfast Self-Storage. For over 10 years she enjoyed the rotating breakfast outings she and a group of friends shared at each other’s homes. In recent years they changed their meeting place to a local restaurant. Polly enjoyed Thursday night music in the park and loved going dancing with friends on Saturday nights. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Charles L. Thomas in 2004; her siblings, Earle, Arthur and Carl Warman, Beulah Larrabee, John Burke; her granddaughter Shannon Perry; sons-in-law, Norman Robbins, Craig Davis, Morgan Lee; sisters-in-law, Betty and Shirley Warman, and Dorothea Burke; brothers-in-law, Garry Larrabee and Alan Pine. Polly is survived by her daughters, Arlene Robbins of Raymond, NH, Cheryl Perry and husband Ralph of Ulster, PA, Sheila Fuller of Belmont, Kathy Morin and husband Steven of Searsport, Dolores Davis and Bruce Ginn of Belfast; step-daughters Sharon Lee of Steep Falls, Maine, Cindy Shaw and husband Lewis of New Gloucester, Maine; her siblings Ada Pine of Waverly, NY, Maynard Warman and wife Wilma of Belmont, Sylvia Brassbridge and husband Gerald of Prospect, and sisters-in-law Patricia Burke of Portland and Joyce Bennett of Bucksport; her beloved grandchildren, Eric Fuller, Jessica Walker, Kylie Ahern, Heather Perry, James Davis III; step-grandchildren Trevor Lee and Amy Higginbotham; also her great-grandchildren Cheyenne Walker, Dakota Walker, Kailin Fuller, Ely Newman, Abigail Ahern, Lindsay Ahern, James Higginbotham and Morgan Lee. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16th 11:30 a.m. at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Spring interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Belmont.
