Surviving are his parents, Luke and Jackie (Martin) Boulay; his sisters, Kersey Boulay and Reanna Boulay; his maternal grandparents Jack Martin Sr., and Carrie Peavey; his paternal grandparents John and Barbara Boulay; his maternal great grandmother Geneva Peavey and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
