Obituary of Clarence G. Nickerson

Clarence “Nick” G. Nickerson, 78, of Northport passed away at home on October 17, 2017. He was born in Belfast on June 11, 1939 the son of Kenneth and Alice (Reynolds) Nickerson Sr. Nick was a tugboat captain in Belfast for many years working for Eastern Maine Towage and for Exxon on the east coast. He is predeceased by his parents, daughter Deborah Nickerson and a sister and brother in law. Nick is survived by his wife of 55 years Margaret (Weston) Nickerson; brother Kenneth Nickerson Jr. and wife Barbara of Belfast, sister Ruth Curtis of North Carolina; sister-in- law Fern Heath and her husband Warren Heath Jr. of Searsmont; several nieces and nephews; special friend Harold Harvey.
