Mr. Tozier has been our neighbor the past 8 years. He has always been so nice to our son with autism. He never passed the house without a wave to our son and if his window was down he would yell "hello Zach!" He allowed us to take our son down his camp road across the street so he could ride his bike safely. He was a great encouragement watching my husband and I fix up our home. He came over and complimented us on things we were doing. You will be missed! RIP

Dear Kay, Dee, Joel, Sue & the entire Tozier clan, I'm so sorry to hear about Babe's passing. I wish I could be there as you celebrate his life and to give you all a big hug. Babe was a true pillar in the Unity community. He was loved by many and the leaves behind many friends and family members. I will always cherish the memories I have of him. When I first met him he made me feel right at home. He was a very good, kind, and caring man who will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. May he rest in peace.

Unity has lost a real ICON when Babe left us. He was always good for a chuckle - never short on opinions, and never one to let the opportunity for a good prank to slide by without seizing the moment. HE-HE at the conclusion of a joke was that traditional snicker that has made so many of us laugh and love the man. The stories are endless! If ever I could write a fourth book "The Book of Babe" would be a local hit for sure. There is hardly a resident of Unity and the surrounding area who has not at one time or another been warmly touched by the generosity and humor of the UNITY MAYOR. May you REST IN PEACE old friend - while you may be physically gone your memories to those of us who knew you will last us a lifetime! Job well done!

It seems strange not seeing him drive by the house headed to Dunkin Donuts. Our condolences to the family. Thinking of you Kay and your family.
