Barbara Tosco was truly a "mother of the year" for several years! I taught both of her girls and had them in afterschool care. She was a devoted mother, even during some hard times in her life. Barbara became a friend duing that time. She could always bring laughter wherever she went! Her daughters were blessed to have her! As, I was, to have her friendship!
