Obituary of Francine T Vandebroek

Francine T. Vandebroek, 89, of Belfast, passed away on May 3, 2017. Francine was born in Liege, Belgium on December 22, 1927 to Victor and Louise Boxus. She married Victor Vandebroek and the pair raised their family together until his passing. She leaves behind her son Christian Vandebroek and his wife Margaret, of Tucson Arizona.
