Obituary of Patrick H. Carrara

WALDO - Patrick H. Carrara Jr. 76, of Waldo passed away comfortably at home with his family and friends on April 29, 2017. He was born on May 22, 1940 the son of Patrick and Anne (Porcaro) Carrara. Patrick grew up on a farm in Stoughton, Massachusetts where he later owned and operated B&C construction. He loved deer hunting, bird watching and was famous for his garden and the tomatoes he raised. Patrick was a die-hard New England sports fan including Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and the Bruins. HE was predeceased by his parents and his son Brian Carrara Sr. Patrick is survived by his daughter in law Karen Carrara-Hodgdon and husband Ken of Waldo; sons Scott D. Carrara and wife Stephanie and Patrick Carrara III and wife Jennifer all of Stoughton, MA.; grandchildren Timothy, Brian Jr., Nicholas, Isabella, Angelina Carrara and Taylor Hodgdon; great granddaughter Leelai Mae and his dogs Ruger and Hawk. A graveside interment will be held at 2 pm on May 27, 2017 at the Carrara Family Cemetery 275 Moosehead Trail Waldo, ME.
