Obituary of Delma F. Paul
BELFAST - Delma F. (Payson) Paul, 84, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on April 1, 2017 at Waldo County General Hospital.
Delma loved watching and attending sporting events. She enjoyed camping, curling, and attending Shrine events and county fairs (especially Fryeburg) where she made lifelong friends.
Delma was predeceased by sister Sharon Perry, brother-in-law Melvin Shute, and sister-in-law Minnie Payson.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Raymond D. Paul Sr., daughters: Debra Paul, Cindy Herbig and husband Les, Connie Pooler and husband Keith; son Ray Paul and wife Karen; grandchildren: Monica Damon, Erica Sprague and partner Ryan, Troy Sprague, Erin Herbig and husband Joe Baiungo, Kevin Herbig and wife Gabrielle, Gavin Cross, Cody Cross and fiancé Megan, Brian Cross and partner Isabel, and Stephen Paul; great-grandchildren: Lauren and Emma Damon, Hailey Levangie, Owen and Finn Herbig, Charles Herbig-Baiungo; siblings: twin brother Darrell and wife Ann, Janice Shute, Burt Payson and wife Fran, Maureen Larrabee, Carold Payson and wife Peggy, Lauren Payson, Cherylene Labbe and husband Paul, Cheryl Larrabee and husband John, brother-in-law Dan Perry, sister-in-law Edna Blood and husband Stanley, and many nieces, nephews and special friends.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday April 22, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Waldo County Shrine Club.
